The World’s Biggest Car Boot Sale is the annual fundraising event of Hunter Life Education.
The World's Biggest Car Boot Sale is a safe and secure event to sell new or unwanted items. Think of it like a BIG garage sale and market. With over 500 sites available, each year has been a sell out, filling Ausgrid Stadium car park with bargains and treasures gallore. This is an event full of all things collectible, antique, original, vintage, 2nd hand and new.

Public Liability
Business Registrations require a Public Liability Insurance Certificate of Currency minimum $10m.
Set up / Pack up

No sites are to be set up without the permission of the Organiser.

Each Site Holder will set up only on the area allocated by the Organiser.

Set up is from 6.00am on the day of the Event.

Sites must be set up by 8.30 am on the day of the Event.

Vehicles, Equipment and any items for sale must be contained within the area allocated for the site.

Sites must not be dismantled before 2.00pm on the day of the Event.

Sites may be packed up from 2.00pm and the site including all waste vacated by 3.30pm on the day ..of the Event.

Vehicle entry to site area will be via the designated driveway(s) from Turton Road only.

Vehicle exit from the site area will be from designated driveway(s) only.
Marketing
Hunter Life Education has worked hard over the years to ensure The World's Biggest Car Boot Sale is a flagship event in the Hunter region, attracting thousands of shoppers from all over NSW.
TV, Radio & Print Advertising: The World's Biggest Car Boot Sale is strongly promoted in the Newcastle and Central Coast regions using television, radio and print advertising in the weeks leading up to the event.
High visibility signage: We also promote using banners and corflute signs on site the week prior to the event - capturing the eye of hundreds of passing motorists.
Printed shopping directory: The week of the World's Biggest Car Boot Sale also sees a listing of every stall holder site and their products for sale advertised in the Newcastle Herald.
Online marketing: Hunter Life Education promotes the World's Biggest Car Boot Sale to thousands of supporters and local contacts. A shopping directory of all registered stallholders will also be listed online.
Parking
If not selling from your car boot, you are welcome to drive on-site in the morning set-up period to unload your items. Stall holders not selling from their car must move cars off site before 8.30am.
